and well, finally feeling better about not only addressing the issue in my room I introduced you to a while back, but really feeling happy about my space. & after 15 bags of papers, magazines and various other items ready to be tossed out of my home, in addition to a fun project and digging out an old embroidery piece of my mothers that she did in her early 20s....these are a couple of my reorganizing/attempt at making my room a room (rather than extra storage) additions....and what I now look at before nodding off to la la land.

& my newest addition to the room is this.

it too makes me very happy.

the loom with the yellow fabric belonged to my great great Grandma Downs...which makes this quick, inexpensive and totally doable-in-the-midst-of-assignments project even sweeter. NOTE: my camera totally does not do these justice...but you get the idea.
