today I was sitting at the COMPUTER doing some work.I actually had just pressed SEND on an email,
& then leaned back for a little stretch....

I was suddenly lying on my back, somewhat in the chair still...on the FLOOR.
Who does that?!
me I suppose because I am telling you all about it.
Today I fell backward in my chair.
When I told alec about my fall after I got him from school today he asked me if I laughed. Ummm...yeah.
