i was gifted this a little while back and have officially begun the listing of my life.
it's an amazing process!
an autobiography of your life, in list form
if you've never done it i recommend it...highly.

because yes you are just listing things, which is EASY. but then it prompts you to think of things that go with those things. it forces mental organization without any real work! it's beautiful.
if you are a listy person you will have just entered heaven.
i think the creator knew that might be the case, cause why else would they display this book in the bright blue heavenly sky?
