day2.

day2 of OPERATION: BACK TO BASICS has been quite successful.  simple and fantastic actually.  i left work 15 minutes behind schedule today which almost gave me a small panic attack (ish) to be off the schedule on the 2nd(!!) day, but other than that all has gone surprisingly easily well.  my time with the boy has been necessary and important.  we even got to watch a christmas special on TV tonight.  and i was more patient with my students at work today.  perhaps i've just been burnt out and resentful?
i'm even caught up on my laundry AND my dishes!  seriously people. i'm getting there.

i do promise more eventful posts that tell more about our happenings and less about the highs and lows of my heart.  i promise them for both you and me.  i've just got to get over the hump;)
